Congratulations to all of the talented writers
who entered the competition this year. We received an
overwhelming number of entries displaying an impressive
depth of skill and quality. Below are the 2008
semifinalists for The American Screenwriting
Competition representing the top 2% of scripts we
received (including ties). Many great scripts were entered and we
encourage all of our writers to keep up the good work
and continue writing!
Semifinalists screenplays are being
re-read and scored with Finalists being announced
in March.
